Can I bring my own design or reference?
Yes. You can describe your requirements, bring a reference or send an image to our team. We will discuss what can be made based on the product and specifications.
Can I choose the leather and colour?
Yes. Leather and colour can be discussed according to the product and available options. Our team can guide you toward a suitable choice.
Do I need to visit the store?
A store visit is preferred because you can see and feel the leather and discuss your requirements in person. If you already have the necessary details, you can also contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Rexo accepts individual custom orders. There is no minimum order quantity requirement for placing an individual customer order.
Can you add my brand logo or labels?
Custom customer logos and labels are not part of our current offering. We focus on individual customer requirements and custom product specifications.
